Cadillac continued its streak of monthly sales growth for the 18th consecutive month with an 11% gain in retail sales through November, increasing the brand’s year-to-date sales by an impressive 25%. By selling 16,172 vehicles, Cadillac also enjoyed its best November sales since 2007 as well as its 14th straight month of double-digit year-over-year growth in total sales.
The brand’s success this month can be attributed to the entire lineup but especially to the SRX crossover and the ATS sport sedan, which led the charge in sales numbers. The XTS large luxury sedan also deserves an honorable mention as it recorded its second-best total sales since it launched last year, with an increase of 42% compared to November 2012.
The all-new 2014 Cadillac CTS is still picking up traction after its recent release on the market but took no time waiting for the awards to pile on—so far it’s already received Motor Trend’s Car of the Year, Road & Track’s Best Luxury Sedan of 2013, and a spot on Car and Driver’s 10 Best Cars for 2014.
