The J.D. Power and Associates “2014 Customer Service Index measures how satisfied owners and lessees of 1- to 5-year-old vehicles are with their service at franchised dealer facilities for maintenance and repair work. Scores are based on a 1,000-point scale”.
Cadillac’s first win in the luxury category as well as Buick being ranked as the top mainstream brand for the first time, gave General Motors a double win!
Cadillac received a CSI score of 872 on the 1,000 point scale, increasing 14 points from last year and Buick received an overall CSI score of 835, which is a 26 point improvement from last year. Both are tremendous improvements!
